The Keith and Dufftown Railway is an eleven mile line linking the World's Malt Whisky Capital, Dufftown, to the market town of Keith.

Please note Keith has 2 stations, Scotrail Keith station and KDRA Keith Town station. KDRA Keith Town station is on the A96 close to the church and opposite the Factory Outlet Shop, watch out for our signs.
All facilities at both Keith Town and Dufftown stations are wheelchair friendly. The Buffer Stop restaurant at Dufftown is also wheelchair accessible. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that the scheduled train will have wheelchair access, customers are requested to telephone 01340 821181 on the morning of their visit to confirm.

Scheduled Services for 2015
Scheduled services for 2015 started on Friday 3rd April and will end on Sunday 27th September 2015.
Well behaved dogs are welcome aboard our trains and are carried (free of charge) at the sole discretion of the guard.
Cycles will also be carried free of charge, the guard has sole discretion as to how many and which cycles will be carried.
The Shed Appeal fund, for the loco shed reached £25,556 as of 04/02/2015. The Track Appeal fund, for the loop and 2nd track into the loco shed reached £3,850 as of 04/02/2015. We have closed the Shed Appeal and the Track Appeal and have launched a new appeal for the concrete floor of the shed. Shed Floor Appeal collected:- £2,180 as of 16/05/15
